Leila Schaumkel

Leila Schaumkel is a Bay Area native from San Mateo, California, who recently graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Communications.

Throughout college, Leila developed a strong foundation in administrative support through roles as a Sales Coordinator, Office Assistant, and Executive Assistant across the hospitality, education, and property management industries. She gained experience managing complex calendars, handling confidential information with discretion, and thriving in fast-paced environments. These experiences sparked her passion for building strong working relationships and providing thoughtful support that helps teams succeed.

Leila is excited to begin her role as Executive Assistant at TFLA, where she supports the team behind the scenes so they can continue delivering exceptional service and beautiful outdoor spaces for their clients.

Outside of the office, Leila enjoys spending time with her twelve siblings, hosting gatherings, and picking up new hobbies. In her downtime, you can find her baking, creating aesthetic mood boards, writing, and planning her next writers’ night with friends.
